Deep Space
The Idea
Deep Space is the first of my 7 day (56 hour) or less projects. The Theme was decided by random number selection and several ideas where considered, however the idea that was decided upon to develop was a small scale ship management game with top down control with multiple crew members you can manage.

The player takes control of 4 crew members who can be assigned to several jobs on the ship, and the player has to successfully jump 8 times to win the game, after every jump there is a chance of an enemy appearing to cause the player damage and they must destroy the hostile ship before they are able to progress.

- Player ship health/shield system
- Multiple character control system
- Hud selection and direct clicking selection
- Progression through jumping
- Random Enemy spawn every jump
- Basic Enemy AI
- Ship Job system
- Piloting job to allow jumping
- Gunner job to allow shooting back
- Shields job to charge ship shields
- Engineer job to charge jump drive
