The Idea
Proxima Crusades was a game designed to be a 2.5d isometric strategy RPG, influenced by games such as Disgaea and Fire Emblem. The player would create a character and experience a story designed to take them across the 4 worlds of Proxima; Meepla, Technegea, Shamani, and Magos.

This game was designed by myself and a team of three others. It is set in a fantastical universe within which a set of four planets are connected by portals, the three largest of these planets are home to three separate nations named for their planets; Technegea, Shamani, and Magos with the smallest being a source of conflict between them as it links them together. The story of the game would take place during a period of warring amongst the three major nations.

Designed as a large strategy RPG game 'Proxima Crusades' was a game developed within University with a group of other students.
My Contribution
for this project I was one of four Designers. I played a major part in establishing the initial basic design from the basic plans suggested by myself and other team members. Beyond this I also played a major part in establishing major world design aspects such as races, characters, enemies, narrative, and game play as well as the creation of concept art.
